- The tipping point needs space. Each bin tips sideways, so the driver needs a firm, level strip beside the heap and clear air above it. Plan it before the first load arrives.
- Every load is weighed. Overloads draw fines and wear tyres and roads, so the trucks are loaded to the legal mass at the weighbridge.
